Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. If you're not, you can request a return under these conditions:

• Returns accepted within 30 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging
• Returns are processed after approval by our team; once approved, you'll receive return instructions and the return address
• Return postage is paid by the customer, except for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, which we cover

Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping cost: free shipping within the United Kingdom
• Processing time: 1–2 business days
• Transit time: 5–9 business days
• Estimated total delivery: 6–11 business days
• Tracking: a tracking link is emailed once your order ships

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, UnionPay), express checkouts (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay), PayPal, and Klarna. All payments are taken in full at the time of order, processed securely with SSL encryption through Shopify's PCI-DSS-compliant system, in GBP (£).
