Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Is shipping free?
Yes — we offer free shipping on all UK orders.
How long will delivery take?
Typically 6–11 business days: 1–2 business days to process your order, plus 5–9 business days in transit. Orders placed after 5:00 PM GMT are processed the next business day.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Your Order link in our footer once your order has shipped.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
How do I return an item?
Email us at info@ladyluxury.co.uk with your order number. Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions and the return address.
Who pays for return postage?
The customer covers return postage, except for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, which we cover in full. We charge no restocking or handling fees.
Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way is to return your original item and, once it's approved, place a new order for the replacement.
When will I get my refund?
Within 7 business days of approval, to your original payment method. It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
